Noah’s Star-Studded Cake Smash
Noah was back in the studio for his final Baby Plan session, to celebrate his birthday with a Cake Smash. Noah has a brilliant personality and is super cute too.
Cake Smash sessions take on a whole new dynamic when the baby, like Noah, is a confident walker. Confident walkers love to run around – that’s why the cake is so important to keep them in one place.
The Cake Smash Set Up
It was a star themed set up for Noah’s Cake Smash with blue and grey. We set up the backdrop with blue and grey fan bunting and silver star garland. Across the floor we added honeycomb pompoms in grey and blue.
We had a custom made outfit for Noah to wear to make sure everything was co-ordinated beautifully.
Smash the Cake Time!
Before we brought the cake into the studio, we had to move all the decorations from the floor as Noah just wanted to play with them. We got some great shots of Noah running around having a great time.
Cake in position, all Noah’s attention was on the cake, then the real fun began. Noah loved picking the stars off the cake. He also started bashing his cake with the number 1 topper.
Noah just loved his cake with massive smiles as he gave the cake a good smash. Lots of fun, lots of smiles, lots of mess, that’s a successful Cake Smash in my book.
After a Cake Smash it’s splash time. A fun way to clean up after a messy Cake Smash session. Noah had the biggest splashes and loved the bubbles. He tried his best to flood my studio and had so much fun doing it.
Noah had a great time during his session he loves balls, bubbles and cake so this was the perfect session for him. I’ve loved seeing Noah grow from his newborn session, to his sitter session to his 1st birthday Cake Smash session.
