The Photoshoot Takes Place at Your Nursery
We set up a small studio area and photograph the children in a relaxed, friendly environment during the nursery day.

After The Photoshoot
Each parent receives a registration card containing a QR code and website address. Parents simply scan the code or visit the website to register and create their own private login to access their child’s gallery.

Parents Order from Home
As soon as the photos are ready, parents receive a notification. They simply log in to their private online gallery to view and order photos from the comfort of their home.

  • Are photographs safe online? Yes! Our encrypted storage offers 100% data protection through the use of personal passwords.
  • Is it complicated? Absolutely not. Ordering online is as easy as a couple of clicks. We can show you at your Nursery how ordering online works?
  • What if parents do not have internet access? You can offer a date where parents can view and order their pictures in your Nursery. However, our experience has shown that such appointments are rarely used by parents due to 99% of all adults (aged 16-34) have used the internet in the UK and 9 out of 10 UK households have internet access.
  • What if parents lose their password card? We can easily look up the child‘s photos in the system and resend the code.
  • Isn‘t ordering online impersonal? Not at all! Now ordering pictures can be a family experience. Grandparents, relatives and friends can now select pictures together. Parents can also share access to their pictures, enabling family and friends to order.
